I think it's kenkles, like from the film Shallow Hal. Made me laugh anyway, so it's all good.

u guys cankles are when your calf muscle isnt just at the top of your lower leg. its spread out and then it makes your lower leg like.... straight. i dont really see it on the design but......... its cute!
