The hair is a little out there, but I like the idea. Also possibly not having it washed it what appears to be a river/stream.

Yeah, I wanted to put in the united states, but I couldn't figure out how to put it in and keep it proportional to all the other countires.

the US could be in the water, so that you only see part of it, maybe washed up against the shore, waiting for its turn of scrubbing?

I like it a lot, but I do agree with Kreigor. Washing everything into the stream kind of affects the point in a negative way.
Definitely on to something though! |

oh but im not a huge fan of the colors. I wish it popped a little more. maybe a different shirt color?

i didnt even think of this as something for the green competition. seeing as how you are showing someone polluting a waterway.

My first reaction was that the title was going to be "Ethnic Cleansing"... perhaps this was unintended interpretation of the artwork.

You don't need the US. I mean, you can't have every country, right? Maybe have a few more random ones visible in the water to give the impression that they are all there, though.
