The only problem I can see is that (to me) the large cluster of hair facing her looks kinda tentaclish (tentacle-esque?). Did I just make that word up? It looking like that isn't necessarily bad or good it just took me a few seconds to figrue out what was going on. But yeah, like every other comment on here- this is a great use of negative space that would really stand out on a t-shirt.

I really like this, but I'd agree with the clump of hair to the right, and I just kinda think the background would have looked nicer as more of a cone shape, as if the light was shining down from above the water. Great design though, lots of life in the hair!
