This probably won't fly too far with the peeps here.

They usually pan anything that looks like it's mainstream - ie: AE, Aero, Old Navy, etc.

Not shooting the effort down…just warning you.

bonedaddy isn't wrong...but this is a sweet illustration. i would rather it aged on its own though. not big on the pre-distressed style. but amazing illustration. (and great presentation with the bottle/stain & wrench, nice touch). I'd want to see this on any color but white though.

This would look great with all the other faux vintage shirts at old navy.

i dont live in the us so "old navy" didnt inspire me. this did;

Stock car racing in the United States has its origins in bootlegging during Prohibition, when drivers ran bootleg whiskey made in Appalachia. Johnson City's ties to Appalachian Mountains bootlegging activity gave the city the nickname of "Little Chicago".

Bootleggers needed to distribute their moonshine, and they typically used small, fast vehicles to evade the police. Many of the drivers would modify their cars for speed and handling, and some of them came to love the fast-paced driving down twisty mountain roads.

but instead of a car i did a bike. instead of an indian four its my of art nouveau touched eskimo five. ha-ha.

simulated nostalgia, sure, but with a story to it.

Nice illustration

I dig it. My only thing would be the text at top in bottom not being so linear. I looks added just to fill space. .02

You put a lot of work into this illo, and I applaud you for it....but it's, as people have said, not the kind of design that really makes people get all excited and want to own immediately.

Like the illustration. but it is a little plan on a white shirt. change it up a bit might make it pop more.
