Ah very snazzy design, love the mustache, who is Big Doe? is that his name? Took me a sec to realize that's what it said, pretty nice ;D I like his giant schnoz as well. The pipe feels a little 2D in comparison to him, but overall, a really cool design. *pops bubble*

first of all i think it needs more detail at the face. Maybe some of these small lines..

He kind of looks like he is wearing a piece of sausage on his head, nice character tho.

It doesn't say Big Doe, it says 'bigode', which is Portuguese for 'moustache'. 'Bolhas' is the word for bubbles.

I like it.
I'm always a sucker for beards, because it makes guys all the more cooler.
Bubble pipe is nice too.
