i agree with soulsilhouettes, the border isn't great. also, i'd think about the background, maybe add some light design there.

And, you know what? I've rated tremendous. I don't give 5; unless the t-shirt is the perfect tee; though 5minus1 will be fair for this one (: p.s.: there should be different colors of it!!! |

Idk, I kind of love the stars, cuz it's so cheesy and 80's.

Woah, this looks nothing like your banana piece, haha. This is really awesome, I love the hypnotic glasses, and the effect they've made as they merge into one. Not entirely crazy about the circle of stars, especially as it seems a little lopsided, particularly in the top right corner. Pretty cool overall though!

Personal Genuis: lol thanks! well people I really thought of adding the star border to enhance the hypnotic effect ,it may be overdone but it kinda adds sth to the whole design dontcha think?:P

It's neat without the stars, but something else should be coming from behind it. The stars are too standard photoshop for me. They give it more of a "thrown together in five minutes" look.
And the judges don't put their personal opinion in when people submit shirts. They just make sure you're following the rules. They wouldn't send it back to you, telling you it needs more work. This isn't school, it's a competition. Over, good illustration. Loose the stars, add something more hypnotic and detailed to complete the illustration. |

Remove the stars, get stripes coming from behind her head and indeed some background FX and voilą.
