I imagined a tree full of hearts, representing all the suffering that trees are currently going thru.

All trees have hearts we should love them all.

Wanted each branch to have its own little heart. Thanks Stubborn. It probably looks awkward as its the lowest branch, I'l take your comment into consideration thanks :D

the reason it looks awkward is that those little branches are hardly strong enough to be able to hold up those two enormous hearts at that angle--they more or less appear to be floating there like balloons that are losing their helium, which isn't commensurate with the rest of the design.



you solve the problem sufficiently with the large heart on the bottom left by having it droop. the heart farthest to the left, though, is also awkward for the reasons specified above, though it's integrated with the design enough that it's not quite so noticeable.

from a certain distance it looks like a x-mas tree ;-)

but the idea is really cute!

I certainly sense a very positive global feeling through out the whole design. The triangular overall shape has a lot of meanings (wealth, power, etc). The tree figure has been also connoted as strength and union so when you mix that with love... well itīs a great message in all.

well, think i voted (suscribed 1st and then clikd on 5).. also, it doesnt really say what they stand for, but I seem to remember the 'vote on a scale from 0-5' technique (hehe fingers x'd clicking 5 WAS a highscore!) More importantly, dig your design and especially your intention, your graphic message lol.. Trees are IT :)

I think its a nice idea, they look to me like heart shaped balloons.

I feel that what is looking awkward to some is that your composition has to much weight on the bottom right. The left bottom side has no heart leaves near the trunk of the tree, this makes the tree look a little empty on this siden and makes the hearts on the 2 low branches of the right look very heavy.

I am thinking another thing that might make them seem so heavy is that they look like they are falling; if you point them up instead of down they could give a different impression.

Another thing that came to my mind while I was looking at the tree is that no heart overlaps with the trunk, this makes the trunk look like it is dividing the image in two and this makes me feel that both sides should be symmetrical.

One last thing is that I would love to see some of the roots of the tree, but that is just an idea...
