I really like the concept but the execution is a tad weak, maybe a little more detailed lines in the lips + inside mouth.

It must be flat... garish... no details... no texture... not a pictoric artwork! My concept is a book didactic lesson.

Ya I agree. Being on a red shirt would be a bit much. LOve the design though! Put it on black and I'll buy. :)

About my design
* Type A with A antigens on the red cells and anti B antibodies in the plasma.
* Type B with B antigens on the red cells and anti A antibodies in the plasma.
* Type AB with both A and B antigens on the red cells and no blood type antibodies in the plasma.
* Type O with no antigens on the red cells and both anti A and anti B antibodies in the plasma
