Interesting idea, but I would place the bulb higher on the shirt, maybe center of chest without the cord.

when i saw the 'do you fear the dark?' design first i thought that was the daylight one and in the nighttime one something truly fearful would appear, but the light just comes on. i wish there was a LOT more to it. anyway, the monster thing i think has been done a lot and there is actually a type-tee about being afraid of the dark. |

Hang the cord around the neck and when it glows it can make a noose..

I like the plain lightbulb without the writing.
And Dali's idea of draping the chord around the neck is a good one. Make it a tangled mess around the neck. |
