I like the Japanese koi wind thingy and the use of colors, but I feel that the window in the background is very distracting and basically not doing anything. There also seems to be way too many cats.

This has a lot of similarities to the other fish-on-strings-luring-a-cat shirt T-less already printed. But what makes me still appreciate this is that it twists up the style and adds the extra humour payoff on the back, so while I make the connection to the other immediately, it still feels fresh.
