looks like they're doing tai chi. i think we should all take a moment to follow this example. close your eyes, concentrate on your breathing, slowly move your arms in a wide circular motion, sit up straight, open your eyes,.... nope, didn't work, it's still lame. light colors on a light shirt disappear. and they do appear to be dorks, why would i want dorks on my shirt? (i can see why chester would, but not me).

The "Foreign Dorks" is the translation of the Chinese text. Of course, there's no plurality in Chinese so it can also refer to the wearer. There are various white people doing Chinese meditation exercises. I use the term 'exercises' loosely as you can see some of them are still fatasses. The moral of the shirt is, tai chi is a Communist Conspiracy to make white people look ridiculous! Don't fall for it!

After reading the designer's explanation, I understand the 'message' a little better.

Nevertheless, I must say, "So what?!"

If the design lends the message so difficult to be delivered, it's nothing but an inside joke. Even as an inside joke, I don't think it's that successful mostly because the graphic comes off as those ubiquitous filtered images. Hence, visually, there isn't any uniqueness or aesthetics.
