Self explanitory this one.

I think it needs a little more direction to help the eye move through the piece- right now it just looks scattered.

I agree with wintermute. And I think the foreground illustration needs to be a little bit tighter to incorporate it with the rest of the design. It also needs to cover a bit more of the space (like maybe extending and raising the gate a bit or making it about 10% bigger). You've got some nice detail going on in the birds that are flying away but not the same attention is paid on the gate and the bird resting on it (the bird's beak and the points on the gate need to be sharper for example). It almost looks like two different people did the foreground and the background. Other than that, this design is almost there and I'd buy it if these things were fixed :).

The first version of this had a more detailed fence and foreground crow but for some reason it looked clunky. I guess a redraw is probably in order.

Nice, you could even go with seven crow (a coven) for a second shirt. You should try it why not eh? buy&5

crows come in murders. they seem to be creepiest if there's only one, or a ton of them. nice idea and placement.

I disagree with most of these comments -- the birds seem to hover more than fly, or it's a tight snapshot more than a moving expression, that's all. I like very much -- thoughtful.

I think, in most cases, silhouettes are most effective when it resembles closely the reality.

What I mean is that the whole composition came off weak because the foreground elements (fence and the crow) appear too unrealistic, too cartoonish.
