cintrao, you're way off. i don't boss people around, i make smartass comments when people post things i find amusing. and, i found it amusing that someone who doesn't know how to turn off their "caps lock" key was talking to threadless on here like the owners of the site were going to take this design and print it right away based on their comment. besides-i said please.

animosity? when did it become an angry thing to be a smartass? i don't rip on the designs or the designer's skills, so how is that animosity? i just type the first thing that comes to mind, which is ALWAYS a smartass comment. but, you're right-i don't get out enough. as far as design envy goes, there are a lot better designers than i see on here for me to be envious of.

in any case, i've said this many times over the course of the last several weeks, and i'll say it one more time for people who don't get it:

this place is not a real competition. i know this, and so do some of the other designers who submit. therefore, rather than get my nuts all up in a bunch by taking this place seriously, i come on here to amuse myself. i make smartass comments, i egg the "way too serious" people on, and i even submit designs that i know will piss people off. if you can't understand why that constitutes fun for me, then i guess you never will.

it constitues fun for you because of both the animosity and jealousy you harbour of others. and where ever you say your intentions lay now, i think perhaps your designs began as serious but when you eventually realised you are a waste of time, you took to light a different point of view, that of the little child with the magnifying glass, burning ants.

oh and i hate to say, but when there are prizes up for grabs for those chosen few whos designs do get printed, how does that make it "not a real competition"?

anistrophic, get off your high horse and stop trying to shrink me. the first designs i submitted were a test; i put up stuff i'd done years ago that i never used, to see what this place was all about. by the time i actually started designing for this place, i had already realized that it wasn't a true competition. apparently you are oblivious to the fact that the last shirt threadless printed wasn't even submitted for us to vote on...how would that fit into your view of this place?

as far as the "animosity and jealousy" statement goes, you are so far off with that it's not even funny. i generally don't take this place seriously, but you are, in fact, insinuating that i have a REASON to be jealous. how fucked up is that?

and one more time: BEING A SMARTASS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANGER. you should hear how i talk to my friends and family; the way i joke around on here is pretty tame compared to the stuff we joke about in real life.

The wings and the fairy have different vanishing points. My eyes can't decide whether the illustration is off-proportion by mistake or on purpose. I wish the concept could be represented a little stronger? A more discernible tooth icon on the chest, perhaps? More prominent boxing gloves? It doesn't look as though the title will be printed on the shirt, so making a stronger, more discernible imagery might be a good idea.
