The text is distracting. Everyone will be asking for the translation since there seems to be some sort of conversation going on that affects the monster's expression.

ginetteginette on Feb 24 '09 i don't mean to seem like i'm purposely being contrary but i like the bubbles and couldn't care less about the translation. it's obviously a japanese monster terrorizing a city so in this case i think the text is extremely fitting.

I think this is an interesting design, the speech bubbles are indeed part of the the design. I'm still curious though, I'd like to know what exactly it says.

I love the monster and the whole look of the piece. And while I'd like to know what the text says, I still believe it's a strong piece. The knowledge of the text would be purely for myself. I tend to make people guess what my shirt says when it has something written in a different language. XD
