I dig this one, I would just suggest keeping the line and shading treatment the same throughout. the shading inside the heart has a nice touch to it, why not keep that same line style and carry it over. The notes could be done a little more like the shading, varying pressures etc.

The different shading and line strokes give it depth without it it looks really flat ;)
