I like the illustration of the bomb, but think the burst graphic kind of brings it down a notch. Funny idea though.

It is a bomb, but it also looks like a stamp.
There is a big 'bam' as the person stamps 'F' on your test paper. |

Papervoice, if I had a dime for every f-bomb I knew of out there, I'd have 20 cents. There's another tee called "drop the f-bomb" with a graphic of a B-52 and a line of bombs with 'F' stamped on 'em. I came up with this independently, though, because I like the phrase. The 'burst' graphic is supposed to be a "loud" word balloon. I hear the comments on placement as well, any suggestions: yes, burst; no, burst; center graphic; larger, smaller?

Great idea. Balloon graphic is kind of overwhelming though, draws the attention off the "F-Bomb".
While this may nullify my statement of "Great Idea", I think you should lose the balloon and make a second "F-Bomb", but flip it horizontally (fixing the "F"). That would balance out the design. While it's true this would be, primarily, for a niche market (male weight lifters and surgically augmented females), I can think of a few bimbos I'd send them too. |

I know two other designs that use the concept of "f-bomb" -- and I didn't find them until after I put the sketch together for this (and the second one was pointed out by you, thanks). Big deal. How many talking hamburgers have you seen or unicorn spoofs or artistic play on the word 'rock'? According to that kind of logic, only Ford should be making cars with four wheels and a roof. Besides, of the tees that I know of, this is the only one that's a word balloon of the speaker dropping the f-bomb -- I just like the idea.
