Hmm....this image was part of a project a friend was working on for me while I was enlisted in the service. I needed retro gag and gift images from the 60's/70's for a Childrens Day festival I was creating artwork for while in Japan. Research was done on novelty gags and gifts found in early comics and monthlys. This monsters head was listed as part of an ad my friend found in the back of an old Disney comic from a collection of his. Mabye even some of you will recognize this? Anyways, I had to ensure the image was no longer used under the company name and behold, they went out of business a long time ago. It was listed with potato guns, sea monkeys, xray glasses...anyways, he scanned it for me, I saved it as a .tif and made it into a font vector graphic using Scanfont. I'd like to see this dingbat your'e referring to Danger, as this image from my experience hard to come by.
