If I were to have it "my way" I'd get rid of the mayo drenched tomato slice, perhaps just a bloop of sauce, there are also a couple unnaturally sharp edges on the leaf lettuce to the far right . Otherwise very unique design, simple without looking like clip art!

Not just any old beetroot, it is sliced and canned in a mixture of vinegar and sugar, it is a way of life in Australia, we put it on salad sandwiches too. And there is nothing wrong with mayo on a burger either, particularly herbed mayo, it is definitely more gourmet... with a traditional burger tomato sauce (ketchup) is ideal... Thanks again for all the comments...

Tone down the hands (beige perhaps?) and it works. I like pickled beets; not sure about in burgers, though..the colony on this side of the Pacific doesn't do it...worth a try, mate.
