I like it, but maybe the design should fit the whole shirt, instead of that square patch.

I'd either enlarge the design or fade out the edges to make it less boxy. The dragon is gorgeous; unfortunately the rest of the illustration competes for attention.

Like everyone else has already said, perhaps fade out the edges a bit more, or make it an all-over design. The illustration is wonderful, though.
