ok. Guess this one needs an explanation ... dunno whether you have them in the states, but in the UK there's this drink called the 'tequila slammer' - salt, then down the tequila, then suck a lemon. Well here i've substituted the salt for a lump of butter, tequila for some jam and the lemon for a scone - a combination of 'british-yob-out-on-the-lash' culture and 'old-grannies-in-a-cafe-eating-scones-while-repeating-stuff-about-the-weather' culture ...
