About my design

This tee shirt design doesn't require any specialty inks whatsoever, just regular screen-printing ink. The design idea came about by fusing two sets of words that work with each other (oriental rug + rugrat = oriental rugrat!). Thus, I designed a rat to have a body made completely out of influential Eastern rug designs. The colors for the inks are complementary, so they work well with one another.

I think the placement is a tad too high. But I like the image.

It can be set lower if needed. I didn't know that on this shirt design that the placement was a huge issue. Maybe 4 inches below the neck and it should be alright.

I love the usage of the lines, and the color choices. Its very electric to me. I love it on the shirt, but I think it would make an awesome band logo or CD cover too!
