This looks a lot like an Alexisonfire graphic-tee.. except, the person is nude.
The colors are those of my school shirts.. and there's a bit too much texture.

Good job. There is suppose to be texture when it is a stippled effect and it isn't pop art until it is popular. These pre-hominids are allusions to a starbucks mini movie. Evil is blackness and so is coffee. There fore evil is good till the last drop.

bad tatoo art, and the colour choices are hard to look at. You know if you where to give it a proper 4 colour treatment, posturize it, you'd have something, aside from the tired theme of a woman in bondage. Actually I take it all back, don't waste the time, and find a better theme to apply the effort. Like that could be somebodies Mom, or a sister! Would you walk around with somebodies Mom tied up on your shirt? What if you ran into them on the subway, or the mall. Would you hug your Mom while wearing this shirt?Geez…

knowing that they screen at much higher than a 23 LPI halftone, maybe that rule wouldn't apply when the halftone is 23 LPI and being used for effect rather than shading or function?

The color choices distract and over-emphasise the statement of the graphic. I don't mind the dot pitch, but if you alter the placement and color, this would work better.
