Yeah i agree with Bio-Man up there, the halftoning is INTENSE. I wish the older elements grew into more modern versions of those older technologies, but i like the drawing and the concept quite a lot.

if it's a regeneration, why aren't the living ones newer? Like a cell phone and a plasma tv or something?

I like what you have. It seems like it could have a stronger message if you tried taking it somewhere.
