Xs over the eyes would make it more apparent that the beat is dead, rather than just hungover. Also, if you added the traditional knot to the noose, it would look much better: http://ideafix7.files.wordpress.com/2008/04/noose-lg-716525.jpg

i agree about the yellow thing. it's a fun color but it's hard for a lot of people to wear.
