This design is originally a pic of Allice in wonderland isn't it I know I've seen it before knife and all just no bird. Is cybra the original creator of the ill. or is this a rip off. Someone please say so.

I'm a collector of all things Alice in Wonderland. To answer "popeyed goldfish"...there has been a twisted version of Alice with a knife....for EA Games, I believe. It's called American McGee's Alice in Wonderland.

Popeyed goldfish is not talking about the American McGee's Alice. I know exactly what she is talking about. There is a magazine called "BIG Game" where the original drawing is it is in issue number 32. It is the exact same image only her left hand is by her chest holding an apple. It was an illustration for conceps of a video game. It is fine to like the illustration, I like it, but I think the person who really created the illustration should get the credit.

No, I've seen this EXACT same illustration (sans bird) used by a melbourne tshirt company. Either cybra is the original artist and he/she has been ripped off (or has sold the design and violated the threadless terms and conditions), or cybra has done the ripping off themselves.

I'll find out the name of the brand later today, and will email threadless with what I find out.

Its very simple really, cybra printed it him/herself in different colours. Its pretty obvious, his/her website address is http://www.antipodawear.com/

I think everyone is misunderstanding what is being disscused. All that is tring to be said is that Cybra is not the one who created this image it was just copied from the person who originally created it. I didn't see the other shirts before, that's not what I'm talking about. There is a company called Mootan who created the drawing if Cybra is part of this company than I'm sorry for saying anything but I am an artists and I wouldn't want someone taking my art and calling it their own. Mootan's server is not working but if you go to http://www12.tok2.com/home/fnghp/ita.htm you can see one of their drawings that is unusually similar. Once again I am sorry if Cybra is the original creator.

I don't understand. How come they printed this if it was "ripped off" ? Has it been proven that it was original?
