I think psedonym could be really funny. You could draw a really recognizable person and have them wearing a "Hi my name is ____" tag and there could be a whole nother joke in there.
Animating pneumonia would be really hard. nice color choice on the shirt. |

About my design
Plus I am not sure how to animate Pneumonia, nor do I think I would wear it.
This will probably not appeal to the skull and cross bone crowd but I was going for kids wear.
