This looks like a vector job done in Illustrator. Though it looks pretty nifty, it's a bit to simple, seems like it's missing something.

you don't see too many shirts with the print in that spot. it definitely draws attention downward. I think some more tinkering with the oranges is needed. they seem to lack purpose.
