This is more of a online comic in style but it's a funny design that is more timely than we'll come to realize. I'd like to see on the side or on the front an arrow in red going down down down as our economy has for the last year and some change, and some other jokes on the side. I dig the emptiness of the bowl, that's funny man. On a side note, is that the Kaiser Chiefs "Employment" cd behind the design or am i crazy?

And No Mr Frickenawesome, it's a scan I made of an cookbook from the 60's fiddled with in photoshop. I think you'll find 'Employment' has more of a fake snakeskin feel to it.

It's a cartoon, not a still life. It opens like that to show that it's empty. If I wanted to do a perfect cereal box I would have, but the whole idea of the image is to convey simple and timely joke.
