I think the concept is really cute, but it needs some refining. Maybe just color changes. It seems it would be better on a heather or dark gray shirt (you know, the color of a rainy day). The clould is sort of a putty color right now and the rain drops could stand to be a little lighter blue. And I understand wanting to put the drops in different positions, but they look weird if the point is not at the top...maybe just flip the location of their faces and arms and legs.
Okay...I've said too much. I still like it...just needs some fixin, I think. |

Less is more... I agree with a lot of what supertrooper said. You have a lot of good pieces, but it's so much to take in at once... all over a shirt.

Aww, this is so amazing!! The little rain drops look so happy, (except for the one party pooper at the top lol,) and the colours make me so happy! It looks like something you'd get at Hot Topic lol. Wonderful job!!

I like the little raindrops. As to the sad one, isn't there some sadness on rainy days? I also feel need for a brighter background color. Otherwise, I like the premise. :)

FRICKINAWESOME on Jan 17 '09 Yeah, DEF some color changes and the parachutes might wanna be left on the ground. LOVE the idea and the cloud slide and overall celebratory feel of the sub, it just needs a bit of fixin color and execution-wise near the bottom. Good luck!

Just in case anyone is confused, there is no definite "ground" at the bottom of the shirt. It trails off into existence.

If the shirt were a different colour (perhaps silver, for the grey of a rainy sky) then the cloud could be white and it wouldn't look so putty-coloured, as supertrooper74 put it. Other than that, I love the details like the ladder to slide off the cloud!
