As an artist one must follow their instincts and stay true to themselves, because in the end rules are made to be broken. Both type and the written word have way too many restrictions these days, but no artist should be limited to what our artistic four fathers have set up. Have fun, and start breaking em!

lol i can totally see where you guys are coming from, my whole room is neon and have always loved using bright colors in my work. I'm totally obsessed with color, and work can be quite harsh to the normal eye.

Yeah, dude, I don't think the shapes in the background are relevant to the concept. I just don't think you're able to to pull it off yet. I can't design or draw worth shit though, but I do admit when I can't quite accomplish my vision if I do indeed try.

I like the neon... deffinatly with the black background. More colour would be too much. The crazy colours really add to the message.

the message is a nice sentiment, but as others have said it's too long and in my opinion doesn't go well with the supersmiley face at the top.

i think this could be a great design with fewer words not constricted by a box shape. the colors are just fine - it's having the colors and the text and the shapes that's overwhelming.

I think its an awesome design that articulates exactly what was needed while coming across fun and creative. Keep up the good work!!! :)
