i think the typograhpy is really weak. it would be better if the bottom lines were thicker and the typeface in bold...plus i'ld like to see the border in black instead of red.

do some research on your period fonts, and for a slogan sign like this I'd stick with Display fonts and not that weak american type font, the brush script is nice though, work with it.

i think this is hilarious, personally. although, the green-red combo is a little bit... i dunno. i never really like red and green together - a bit too festive for my liking. The top font is better than the bottom if you're going for that retro fifties style.

Plus the fact that your username is the same as your picture makes it a little self-serving. Although i couldn't help but smile. I certainly wont forget!
