i dig it. cool colours and I the skull with horns is fresh......at least I havn't seen it before. Only suggestion would be to make the bones more realistic. I think that would make the composition hold together perfectly.
the way the bones on the left are bent, it kind of looks like a 70's cartoon character mid-cartwheel to me... but I see all sorts of weird shapes in things so it may just be me (pineapple shaped clouds, bruises that look like a fox). But at least that makes the design asymmetrical.
ok, lets c your stuff! thank you 4 your comment though, very constructive. Ill try to think of making designs (cool 70s style) of dinos (http://www.plagueoftigers.org/images/melt.jpg) next time, to please you my freind! and im glad you went to art school and that your pleased with the job you got!

"i can trace and throw togetherironic elements" / the man himself, Nolen Strals
labkid; i've been going over my older submissions, and i see all the comments you've been making regarding the 'copycat' comment. apparently you didn't understand what i was getting at.
to me, this looked like you went and threw together a bunch of the threadless 'cliches,' like the skull/crossbones, the antlers, and the wings. you have to understand that there have been so many submissions with those elements separately, that to see them together seems like a joke.
now; if you look at my entry, 'FINALLY!' you will see another set of threadless 'cliches.' che, skull/crossbones, gasmask, and a circle. also i created one (which i posted the url to in the comments section) that had a heart with drips, a set of powerlines, and some birds on it as well. those designs were meant to be a joke, an ironic statement.
so, the comment i made about being a copycat was aimed at the assumption that you were copying my 'joke,' not that you were copying my work. if you actually meant this to be a real submission, then i guess you weren't aware of the fact that a bajillion other people have entered designs with those elements in them prior (not to mention that those antlers are almost the exact same ones that are on the jackalope t-shirt that threadless printed).
i hate it when people need shit spelled out for them.
