Nice, I got it right away, the vomit and empty bottle say it all, not to mention the fact that liver is completely fucked up. This would be an excellent shirt to wear at college parties/interventions/AA meetings.
I can tell they are livers. In college it may be funny, but I think it is more sad. I'm not politically correct, nor am I offended, but it reminds me that my best friend died of alcoholism at 35, so it is not a design I would want to see anywhere, personally.
If you have to take everyones feelings into consideration when making a t-shirt, then we designers have quite the task in front of us! My uncle died in a car crash, so I´m offended by any car t-shirts...etc. I love your t-shirt!

I didn't get that that was a liver just from the picture alone. I would have thought the brown laughing thing on the right was a piece of chocolate.

I think the idea is great, but some people might have a hard time figuring out that they are livers. Maybe a different presentation...
