You could position it horizontal on the belly area, since you know, that's where babies are.

id make the head bigger, and i like it in the womb or whatever not on its own. you cant really tell what's going on without it..

This looks like you caught Gary Coleman(Arnold from Different Strokes) and encapsulated him inside some poor unsuspecting women's womb. Shame on you. LOL Nope for the design. Next

It's definitely weird. The colors seem muted and dull for what is a rather shocking image, though.
