4. It'd be a 5 if you got rid of the sign completely... too distracting and I don't think it fits well with the rest of the image.

I don't like the sign, it reminds me way to much of the american idol logo. The butcher is great though.

Very cool. I think it might be better if there were regular cuts of meat hanging up with body parts sparingly interspersed. Much more gruesome.

I agree with the above comments about the sign. At first I was searching the design for something American Idol related because of it.
