The point was to have the heart hanging from where it should be but it could be easily moved up. The heart size is relative to the size of the shirt. I'll try to put in an example on a person next time.

Awesome awesome work! It's really serious good though, I mean the style is exactly the style of tshirt that its awesome.

Hmm I really quite like this, though I think it maybe needed a little tweaking- are you able to resubmit it? I probably would have just suggested moving the hooks up a little so it didn't hang too low and putting in on a black background. I really like the idea, though :)

Oh, I just read what you said about the positioning of the heart. I think if it were perfectly accurate it would be a little more centred anyway. Maybe the chains could be shortened a little. I really wish this still had/has a chance?
