I love the monocle, pipe, bow-tie, the stache and the hat. I think I would prefer a different color shirt than green, even though you have a nice color scheme going here. I guess maybe I'd like it in dark blue. I'm just not a green shirt fan. I love that character though. My best friend would probably buy it and I would definitely consider it.

About my design
It would be printed with high density ink for the linework, and regular ink for the colouring.
