i get what you mean, since nes is considered old school and this could be considered new school compared to it, but it doesn't qutie fly since snes isn't new at all any more.

I've seen too many snes controllers. why is it cool to do the same thing as everyone else only slightly different. Good design just not creative. Ok maybe I'm just jealous cause all the other kids got snes and I got STUPID SEGA GENISIS!

thanks everyone. the graphic here is a little messed up because i copied my vector graphic from illustrator and pasted it into flash. somehow that screwed with the lines so they're significantly choppier (you can really see it when you zoom in)
yeah, i'm all up for revisions to this so come at me with all your suggestions to make this a better shirt.
and i went with the SNES controller with the text "new school" because i knew it would catch people's attention and make them think, hopefully remember that at one point SNES was totally "new school" (i thought that would have been totally lost on an NES controller, plus i'm sick of seeing stickers and bags with the NES controller), plus i think its much more instantly recognizable than the controllers for genesis, playstation, N64, gamecube, xbox, or dreamcast

I really like your shirt - well , it's yet another controller, but is very well executed - I like the perspective, and the style and colors that carry on the retroish message. I'm not sure about typography...
