LOVE IT! the whole design made me giggle. I adore the carbon footprint at the end. I question the Japanese bit, but otherwise flawless. (hahaha, woman. So true)

Some of these don't seem to fit very well, footprints in the sand for example.

I doubt you were trying to offend, but the "Japanese" one is going to make some bad impressions. I recommend renaming that one "Kabuki". Keep with the theme, avoid criticism.

I wasn't really trying to offend with that one because I thought Geta is one of those traditional Japanese sandals worn to match a Kimono. (I wasn't also able to put this up for critique because wasn't aware of it in my first 4 submissions.)

The "foot prints in the sand" doesn't fit at all.

Yeah, "footprints in the sand' on a "footprints" chart doesn't really work. Neither does the Japanese print--it's not a gender or a species of creature, it's a people--I think if you wanted to use that print design I would go with the name of the sandal, or the those who would traditionally wear them as part of a "costume"/attire.

I think I would also change Bigfoot to Yeti, just to remove the word foot. And throw in some fun ones like snake or Aquaman.
This is a really great concept--it just needs some tweaking. |

replace 'footprints in the sand' with 'gingerbread man' and move 'stick man' down so they're all in line. you could also make 'carbon' a cloud of smoke rather than just a big C

dacat on Nov 29 '08 Great concept, with some tweaks, it could be amazing. I think the dinosaur should be huge, perhaps the entire back side, instead of as big as bigfoot.

Like dacat said, you should make the dinasour one huge, filling the whole back.
The Japanese and beach foot prints should be replaced. Perhaps by other animals. Bigfoot's heel needs to be added to. I would also suggest changing the alien foot to look less human like. I love the concept and I absolutely love the carbon footprint. |

FRICKINAWESOME on Nov 29 '08 I agree, dino on the back, remove some of the ones that don't make sense or don't really add anything to the idea, focus it up more, and it's a shirter for sure.

This is idea is worth a lot of money, but as many have said, it should be revisited. Ant, woman, stick man, and gingerbread man are in the realm of where this design should be, I think. I would minimize the mundane prints and try to think up some other more remarkable marks. Good luck. :)

i'd take out the japanese and the sand one, and add in some more famous people. the neil armstrong one was really cool to me

i guess i'm the only woman mildly offended by the heels label. i fucking hate heels and rarely-if ever-wear them. otherwise, i agree with most of the other crit said here. nice idea.

Love it. I agree with most of the previous feedback. Remove 'footprints in the sand' and rethink the naming of 'japanese' and resubmit!

love the design, but agree with all previous comments about reworking/re-labeling the "japanese" idea, using the giant-size dinosaur footprint, removing the sand prints, and also maybe clean up the "c" design of carbon. nice!

I like it, except the footprints in the sand. Coudn't you do a baby footprint or something? And I think the female one is kind of stereotypical.. I mean, I have never worn heals in my life!

I agree with C.A... the footsprints in the sand don't really go with the theme you have going on... use a different footprint. Horse perhaps?

im a girl who doesn't wear heels, but it doesn't OFFEND me lol. i think you should definitely keep it, i think it's funny. plus a lot of women Do wear heels. (just ignore the fact that you're hurting their super-cool-anti-heels-ego) haha

I think its a great idea but I think you could cut to the chase sooner have like 8 prints plus the carbon one at the end.
