But, there are some tees violating copyright that got printed, yah? like Gas Mask tee.

I think it's pretty cool, my only problem with this sort of thing is that the only people who get the joke belong to a very exclusive little club of graphic designers and/or a few random people who use pro design software.

so then, most of the people voting on it are in the club and we forget that anyone else looking at this just goes, "what the hell?..."

I love it, its not a copyright violation I can tell you that. You cant copyright the cross. Red Cross, Swatch have the same one, plus it say SWATCHES so your golden. Id buy it for sure. Me and the rest of the elite design group. :?

haha i think you should give it to SWATCH instead of threadless!

*plus signs, medical crosses, hp logo's, whatever you want to call them are played out in design.
*more than 4 colors?
*sampling windows from programs is also boring.
*sure there is the connection of the swatch but i agree, the swatch pallette is exclusive to the design community and others might not get it, but also, is that important? i don't know. i don't want everyone to know about my tshirt, it would be cool if they ask b/c then a conversation ensues, and next thing you know we have a lot of swatch tshirts running around.
*ho....hum.....i just don't know on this one....i'm leaning towards a 3 even though i always grade 0 or 5.

No copy right issues here actually, unless Swatch has copywrited Swatches and I don't think they'd be allowed to copyright the Swiss flag, so I would think your in the clear. Plus it is kick ass, and if they kick up a fuss and threadless back down, try adn sell the design to them. Muchos moolah!
