There's a British mobile phone network called O2 who have a very similar logo,might be a copyright issue.

Looks cool! I think I'd presonally prefer it a bit smaller though, like just on the chest. Also, this design in radical colors would be awesome. =)
I checked out the UK mobile company..from the looks of it, they have the O2 with water bubbles in the background, not smoke (or colored ink in water). Both smoke and bubbles are lovely, but fairly common -- neither are outstandingly original enough (or close enough to each other) to merit copyright infringement, methinks. Also, there's no other way to really write O2 other than with the subscript 2... |

Hi guys thx for all supporting rockin comment, for copyright issue...well I'm not associate my work with the O2 mobile the I dunno what to say :) It's just about the ozone and our endangered oxygen.

Ozone is O3 and protects us from ultraviolet radiation, O2 is regular oxygen that we breathe. I don't know exactly what you're trying to say here.

This is neat, and different from a lot of stuff you see here on Threadless.
