Wow! Quite the kaleidoscopic meditation, sort of repulse-hypnotic. I'd like to see some anomaly in it. A bit harsh on the eyes, sort of like a fragmented "scramble suit" from Scanner Darkly. Could be used for evasive maneuvers. Maybe have a pull-over flap that'll cover the design, and the wearer can flip it open when necessary... to stun a predator, or tax collector, or jaded lover.
