Artists that can talk eloquently and in depth about the merits of really bad pieces of art have always impressed me. Not because they have any artistic talent, but because they can talk about something ridiculous with a straight face, which is a talent in itself. I aspire to one day be able to talk about the finer points of my more ridiculous pieces of art with a straight face.
