I understand you're trying to make this deep graphic design statement, but this is the most boring yawn of a statement ever. Now THIS is a good example of executing the term and it's definition by being really clever and using the natural zipper of the hoodie. Neat, huh?

disappointing people on a design site don't know what kerning is, though its a good indicator of how this tshirt isnt going to translate to much of an audience

Why? This isn't exclusively a design site, the majority of people here come to score/buy shirts. Why should they know what 'kern' means?

What does this have to do with Harvest Home, a festival known in Scotland as Kern?

i think it would be funnier smaller and just on the front.

Also, Kern, or Kerning refers to adjusting the space between two letters.

So there.

i've alway thought this idea was pretty cool. I really appreciate it as a designer. But you should know that veer.com has been selling shirts and sweatshirts with this concept for quite some time now. Might already be trademarked?

Reminds me of a shirt my friend has.

And about a hundred other similar shirts.

I don't like the execution. It's too HUGE. Keep it sweet and simple. It's a simple font, a simple idea, make it smaller, the way it should be. That doesn't mean make it tiny.
