I like that captured moment quality and it's nicely serene.

Very nicely executed, but I'ma cookin' up some wolf-based designs myself, so I hope everybody else disagrees with me :p

thanks all. i didn't put other colors in because it was done only in pen and ink. its mostly washes with the ink.

i think this might do better as a print

the angle of the nose in relation to the plane of the eyes homey
rebo10
rebo10 on Nov 15 '08
yeah, maybe. it was kinda hard making that one because of the angle of the head.
i think a print would look great because it is a print(the original) but i think animal lovers would appreciate this on a Tee as well, i know i would.
thanks guys. keep em coming!

I like it but I do not like the placement. Tummy designs don't look good very often on those of us who aren't flat. Otherwise, I'd buy it... :/

color would be nice
otherwise it is just decent drawing that honestly doesnt belong on a shirt

rebo10 on Nov 15 '08
thanks hogboy.
shilocoral, don't say that im sure you can rock any Tee any time. and i was thinking of changing the placement higher up too. Thanks:)
evan- watever you think man, its your opinion and i respect it.

I agree--stomach shirts are really not workable for non-flat girls--the shirts are already extremely long (for tees) so they tend to scrunch on the stomach and hips area unless pulled awkwardly down which doesn't stay that way anyway... so yeah, chest with a more extended fade would be better for girlies... would prefer it on a different color, maybe a muted blue (ie denim), pink, kiwi, sand, the paler yellow... thinking this would be well worth a custom color.

rebo10 on Nov 18 '08
wow, thanks for the tips nallukka. i can see the placement how you're saying and i would like that. also a different color shirt...yes, definitely. i just did it on this one quick. Thanks!

its a nice watercolor. the wolf on the left seems a bit awkward, I think I would like it more if it was just the one wolf on the right.. you could rename it One Wolf. :)
rebo10
rebo10 on Nov 18 '08
but than the one wolf would be lonely.. haha
Thanks Danielle

if you tried to make em look real then needs more work but if not, then cool atmosphere :D

i like the profile wolf a lot more, personally. maybe think about simplifying the whole concept to one wolf that's also a mountain range. could wind up being more iconic that way
serafina-style
serafina-style on Nov 19 '08
Cool, I like the watercolor effect! The splatters in the top look good, though I think it might have been nice to have the splatters continue out the design onto the shirt ( as opposed to the mountain's edge separating the design from the rest of the shirt).

Just wondering -- Since it's monochromatic, does this not count in the "8 Color" limit? I'm thinking the different shades might be considered distinct from each other, or is this totally not an issue? (Apologies in advance if this is a totally noob question.)
