Not bad pic of chow yun I would say your missing another element maybe something in the background like buildings and change the t-shirt color to something more vibrant. This shirt could really work out.

I usually put stuff like that on shirts with a stencil and fabric colors, which makes it look more dirty and trashy and unique. Seems to clean to me :-) |

Erm...great design but have a feeling you might get some copyright problems with this one - It is exactly like a michael caine one that i have - same colours and everything!
