i quite like the drawing and color choice, the image as a whole is pretty great. but i think the image should be smaller on the shirt. the way the screen sits on the very edge of the shirt makes it feel cramped to me. otherwise, i think it's really nice!

igo2cairo on Nov 10 '08 Well, they were meant to be more ghost-like rather than sperm-like, but I see what you mean. The streamlined forms worked better for the design, but now I'm thinking I should have stuck with a more traditional ghost shape :(

Antboy - actually, it could be a visual parallel to the human body illustrating the miracle of creation. The artistic process involves creating something out of nothing, or combining elements to create something new so this actually makes a lot of sense conceptually. But my original idea was to use the image of colourful ghosts to suggest how the intangible mystery of imagination is given life, intertwined with the cold mechanics of the film projector which represents science and technology. |
