So the glow in the dark back, can you see it when it's not dark? Or is it just white font on a white shirt, then glow at night, because that would be cool! =) - Then it is like two different shirts for sure.

glasseater - this would be printed on either silver or heather grey - so you would slightly see the glow in the dark print on the back.
