I like the two bird placement of the white shirt on the left. Unfortunately, with picking up my friend's kids and having them puke on me I'm not the biggest fan of white shirts.

I like the image, but I think using the pot leaf robs it of a lot of grace. It's not necessarily an anti-drug thing with me, but I think the marijuana leaf makes things look tacky. Other than that, I'd say you have a wonderful design going
