Great characterization and composition. Your color choices are also really good. The tourist acoutrements almost make this seem like too much of a novelty t-shirt, but your drawing style really brings it back in. It has sort of an Eric Anderson feel to it

I dont see the pigeons as tourists as much since the seagulls seem part of their group. I think there should be more seagulls and shouldnt be visually as associated with the pigeons, so as to further alienate the pigeons.
